What to do in the event of a claim

Theft Claims

Require a police report number and the address of the station noted on your claim form. A replacement quotation for each individual item stolen is also required. Please provide proof of ownership for each item being claimed in the way of receipts, invoices or photographs.

Accidental Damage Claims

Require a detailed repair quotation from an authorised repairer showing all parts and components to be repaired or replaced. If the repairer advised that the item is damaged beyond economic repair, obtain that opinion in writing together with the repair quotation and retailer's quotation for similar instrument and /or equipment where possible.
