1. Download and complete a claim form

Important things to remember when filling in your claim form.

• Provide a copy of all receipts for incident/items for which you are claiming.
• Complete all sections of the claim form.
• For the fastest receipt of re-imbursement of funds, Australian bank accounts are preferred.
• For foreign currency payments, telegraphic transfer to your nominated bank account is the fastest and securest method of payment.

2. Forward your claim form to Marsh.
