This innovative operation is driven by over 160 professional staff consisting of customer service consultants, team assistants, assistant account executives, account executives, senior account executives and managers, each of whom plays an important part in the success of our clients.

Customer Service Consultants provide exceptional advisory services and insurance solutions to our customers over the telephone on behalf of our client.

Team Assistants provide a high level of administrative support to Account Executives, Senior Account Executives and Managers in all aspects of the broking service. Key responsibilities encompass timely and accurate execution of administration, reporting, and day to day assistance with client requests.

Managers support and develop staff whilst applying outstanding account management skills to cater to a portfolio of clients. Managers provide superior technical expertise, develop staff, ensure high service standards, source growth opportunities, implement changes, and drive business strategies to meet set objectives. Managers motivate staff, effectively delegate and communicate expectations, manage staff’s performance, contribute towards profit objectives, lead new business ventures and ultimately determine business success.
