to include: Premier
League; State League; Provisional
League; Thirds; Masters and Junior Leagues; Womens League; Wheelchair League
and various football clubs affiliated directly or indirectly with the Football QLD
and participating teams and invited Affiliated Leagues including non-playing
officials, referees and/or registered playing members (non-playing officials
include manager(s), trainer(s), coach(es), masseur(s), committee, office
bearers, voluntary workers, co-opted voluntary workers, prospective members for
up to four (4) weeks after initial approach , guest players where applicable and
officials of Football QLD and invited Affiliated Leagues) and various clubs and
Affiliated League clubs participating in the insurance programme for their
respective rights and liabilities. |

associated with the sport of Football.
Sanctioned activities include:
Coaching or refereeing activities
Coaching courses and clinics
Holiday and School Clinics

Seminars, meetings or similar
Hire of facilities, grounds, change rooms
Organised fundraising

| Special Exclusions: |
Cover
is restricted to Football related activities only for clubs with
turnovers in excess of $200,000 per annum and/or operating in excess
of 15 poker machines unless agreed by the Insurer and any additional
premium is paid.
Subject to each club or organisation falling
within this category meeting the Insurers requirements, including
disclosure of claims history where requested. |

Endorsement |
Furthermore notwithstanding exclusion
(q) indemnity provided by this policy is extended to include member
to member liability whilst participating subject to the member's action
being neither malicious nor an action described in exclusion clause
(g) of this policy. Furthermore the excess to all claims falling under
this endorsement shall be $2,500 for each and every claim. |
