Definition of insured includes:
Premier League; State League; Provisional League; Thirds;
Masters and Junior Leagues; Womens League; Wheelchair League and
various football clubs affiliated directly or indirectly with the
Football QLD and invited Affiliated Leagues and their member
football clubs for their respective rights and interests. |
| WHO IS COVERED UNDER THE POLICY (INSURED
PERSONS): |
Those persons
who are non-playing officials and/or registered playing members
and/or referees (i.e. non-playing officials include team manager(s), trainer(s), coach(es), masseur(s), committee, office bearers,
voluntary workers, co-opted voluntary workers prospective members
for up to four (4) weeks after initial approach , guest players
where applicable and officials of Football QLD).. |
| WHEN ARE YOU COVERED: |
(a)
Playing in official sanctioned Football Queensland and Affiliated
League competition matches. |

(b)
Engaged in organised training or practice (including practice
matches) for activities described in [a] above. |

(c)
Travelling to or from directly between activities described in [a]
or [b] above and the Insured Persons residence or place of
employment or Football Queensland premises or Affiliated League
premises and/or club premises. Subject to event 13 of the Insurers
schedule. |

(d)
Staying away from the Insured Persons home district including
overseas travel during a tour for the purpose of participating in
representative matches and/or any other games duly authorised by the
Football Queensland or Affiliated League. |

Actually engaged in administrative or organised social activities. |
