Response from NSW Office of State Revenue

An email was received by Marsh from the NSW Office of State Revenue, acknowledging receipt of the bulk application for reassessment made on behalf of Marsh clients. The contents of the email, dated 23 December 2008, is provided below.

Dear Michael,

I acknowledge receipt of your refund request on behalf of your clients and

notice of reservation of rights for the period 19 December 2003 to 19 June

2006.

As previously discussed the refund request will be held pending a final

decision of the appeal process.
